Wellington Regional Stadium Trust Inc (Trust), is committed to honouring the privacy of visitors to this website, and to meeting our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 (Act) and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where this applies to us our commercial partners. This policy sets out how we handle information we receive from you, including your personal information.

In accordance with this Privacy Policy the Trust may collect, hold and retain securely personal information from you (including but not limited to your name, age, address, telephone number and email address) when you knowingly provide this information to us. For example, this may occur when you purchase a Stadium Membership or book hospitality with us.
You have the right to access and request correction of any personal information concerning you, pursuant to the Act.

By providing your personal information to us, you agree that the Trust, and/or its agencies or service providers may hold, use and/or disclose the personal information for research, promotional, marketing, publicity and/or statistical purposes without compensation. We may also use and/or disclose the personal information for the purpose for which you provide it or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity.
We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

The Trust works hard to control the frequency of email distributions ensuring the information is relevant.
We offer an “unsubscribe” feature that allows you to advise us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
