Arriving at the stadium should be easy and comfortable. We have a dedicated set-down area on the ground-floor car park, and our car park attendants are happy to guide you there.
From the ground floor, a golf cart service can take you to a convenient set-down point near the stadium entrance, helping make the last part of your journey effortless.
A limited number of wheelchairs are also available to assist you from the drop-off area to your seat. Just let a staff member know if you need one. At the end of the event, you can text 5454 with your location to request a wheelchair transfer back to the Stadium entrance.
For Exhibition events, vehicle set-down at the top of the ramp may be possible when traffic is light.
If you’d like to secure a mobility park (a mobility pass alone does not guarantee parking), complete our mobility parking form at least 24 hours before the event. Passes are non-refundable once purchased.
We have dedicated disabled parking on the ground floor for all events, making your arrival as smooth as possible.
Our golf cart service can transport you from the car park to a set-down point near the stadium entry turnstiles.
For exhibition events, mobility parking cannot be booked in advance. Our friendly car park attendants will direct you to the best available spot when you arrive.
If you’re arriving by public transport, golf carts are available to assist guests from:
They will take you to the stadium entrance and return you to the public car park at the end of the event. Golf carts operate when pedestrian traffic on the Fran Wilde Walkway is manageable to ensure everyone’s safety.
After the event, people-movers run on demand to return guests to one of the three pick-up points. There may be a short wait while most of the crowd disperses, but our team will make sure you’re on your way safely and comfortably.

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests from the drop-off area to their seats. Please notify a staff member if you need assistance. At the end of the event, text 5454 with your location to request a wheelchair transfer back to the stadium entrance.
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available next to aisles 1, 3, 7, 12, 17, 21, 26, 30, and 35, separate from the main toilet blocks.
There are a wide variety of accessible seating options at the stadium that are available at every event.
Accessible seating for events on sale through Ticketek (football, rugby league, cricket, New Zealand rugby events) falls into the following categories:
Easy access seating
Easy access tickets are available for patrons with limited or restricted mobility, or who have accessibility needs but do not require a wheelchair location. These seating locations are typically accessible via 3 stairs or less, and may be located close to amenities.
Wheelchair accessible (no seat)
A customer who purchases a wheelchair accessible seat will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event.
Wheelchair accessible accompanying guest (with seat)
These are allocated seats that are adjacent to a wheelchair accessible space.
If you require assistance with purchasing an accessible seat for events booked through Ticketek, contact the dedicated booking line reserved for patrons with mobility requirements on 0800 686 677.
For other events, please refer to the relevant event page for accessible booking information. Wheelchair seating needs to be booked directly with the ticketing company.
For events with seating on the pitch, unfortunately wheelchairs are not permitted on the ground for safety reasons. We recommend you contact the ticketing company for the event and request details of wheelchair seating.

Some events may include flashing light sequences which can affect guests with photosensitivity.
For match events, our team ensures that flashing lights follow recommended guidelines of no more than three flashes per second. Concert events may differ, so please check event-specific information.
Guide and service dogs are welcome at the stadium. To make your visit easier, please note the following:
Important: only trained guide or service dogs (for disability-related tasks and public access) are permitted. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or psychiatric service dogs are not permitted.
