Member facilities

Members Gallery (Level 4)

This exclusive members' area is located on level 4 offering unrivalled views and comfortably accommodating up to 750 members. There are over 600‐tiered viewing seats, as well as bar leaners and stools to use while enjoying the action. The gallery offers a range of casual dining options including the mobile food carts, the pizza kitchen and two bars offer a range of premium wines, beers and spirits.

Members Lounge (Level 4)

The lounge accommodates up to 500 members in a comfortable setting, with two bar areas. At selected events, this lounge is used for formal dining. Take your spot in the tiered seating with around 200 seats to choose from, with a great view of the pitch, or perch on the bar leaners or relax in one of the comfortable sofas throughout the Lounge.

This lounge is sometimes closed for private events and hospitality, and doesn't always have food and beverage service for smaller events

Members Clubroom (Level 3)

The clubroom can accommodate Members in casual surroundings for hot food and drinks. The clubroom offers access to the seating bowl to access reserved seats or choose from bar leaners and stools to view the event instead.

Members Help Desk (Level 1)

The stadium members help desk is located in the main foyer of the member and functions entrance. This help desk is staffed on event days from gate opening time until the commencement of the event. Members requiring assistance after the start of an event should go to the information desk at aisle 18 on the concourse. For information and assistance on non-match days, please contact us.

Cello Basin Reserve

Members are entitled to attend all international and domestic cricket matches held at the Cello Basin Reserve, excluding internationally significant events.

For most events, simply scan or show your current membership card at the entry gates.

Members may also sit in the RA Vance Stand and access the Trish McKelvey Lounge (formerly named the Longroom) on presentation of their membership card, subject to capacity and availability.

Event day information

Entry to the stadium and members club lounges

Use the central turnstiles marked "Corporate Box, Members, Guests Entry" with your membership card or ezyTicket ready to scan. Bags will be checked by security on entry.

If you're collecting a guest pass from inside the venue, you'll need a barcoded event ticket to enter the stadium.

Once through the gates, follow signage for "Functions, Corporate Boxes, Members, Guests" to the foyer. If needed, collect your guest pass from the Members Help Desk (left of the escalators) before heading up. The help desk is open from gates open until the commencement of the event.

Wear your membership card or guest pass on its lanyard visibly at all times. Elevators are available for those with low mobility. Pre-arranged tab cards can be collected from the Level 4 Guest Services Desk.

Casual event car parks

Members may pre-purchase car parks for sporting events at a discounted price. Casual car park passes for event days can be purchased online via Ticketek. Please check the specific event page for the link to pre-purchase parking.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located both inside and outside the lounges. If you have any trouble finding these, please speak to a member of staff.

Dress and behaviour standard

Members are required to abide by the stadium conditions of entry and maintain a standard of behaviour that reflects well on the members club, and to respect others' enjoyment of events.

A tidy standard of dress is required in the members club.

Please avoid the following:

  • Ripped, frayed or torn clothing.
  • Jandals/flip-flops, slippers, UGG boots, gumboots or bare feet.
  • “Stubbie” style shorts or sports shorts, inappropriate length shorts, skirts or dresses.
  • Swim or beachwear, including board shorts.
  • Tracksuits or work overalls.
  • Peaked caps or beanies.
  • Sleeveless singlets or tank tops.

Please note: Sandals, which have straps that secure at the ankle, are acceptable.

Supporter clothing, particularly for the home team, is welcome. All clothing must be tidy and presentable. Members and their guests may be denied entry to the members club lounges if they do not meet these requirements.

Smoking/vaping

A reminder that the stadium is a smokefree and vape-free venue, and no smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the stadium premises once you have proceeded through the entry gates. The exception being designated smoking/vaping areas along the fences outside the main concourse doors 1-18 and 19-36.

Children in the members club lounges

For most events, children under four years are admitted free into the stadium and members club lounges if they sit on the accompanying adult's lap. Children aged 4 to 16 must wear a valid membership card or lounge pass accreditation. All children under 16 must be supervised by an accompanying adult and should not be allowed to disturb members' enjoyment of their facilities.
