The public concourse is the largest exhibition space in Wellington. Known for hosting annual exhibitions such as the Food Show and the Home and Garden Show, it has also played host to lavish cocktail events for 5000 people.

With views out over Wellington port and harbour, the Mezzanine Bar is a recent addition to our function spaces. The bar provides a contemporary setting for cocktail functions and special events. Two large screens or media walls are placed at each end of the Mezzanine Bar.

Well known and much loved, the Pavilion Bar is a great space for your pre-dinner drinks or cocktail parties. Located near the main function entrance on Level 1, it makes it easy to access plus it has loads of character with Stadium memorabilia showcasing great moments and memorable events.

The Aotea and Pipitea Lounges can be used as one unique L-shaped space or they can be used individually.
Aotea Lounge: Tucked in the corner of the Sky Stadium Function Centre, the Aotea Lounge is an excellent breakout room or a dedicated space for small meetings and seminars.
Pipitea Room: This may be our smallest space but it offers big features. A bright room that's perfect as a breakout area. Complete with sliding doors opening out onto a balcony.

Well known for its traditional use as a club room, this lounge can be used as a separate catering area or for pre-dinner drinks for those using the Level 2 Lounges. Located in a great spot, do not overlook the possibilities.

These two lounges combined provide 509sqm of space ideal for conferences, meetings or cocktail functions. These spaces have the additional benefit of large sliding doors out to a balcony overlooking the Stadium. Positioned right on top of the escalator allowing easy access, the Level 2 Lounges are versatile featuring high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors overlooking the spectacular pitch.

These two lounges combined provide 454sqms and can also be divided into two separate rooms, West Lounge and East Lounge. Our Level 3 lounges have high ceilings and loads of natural light plus the perfect vantage point overlooking the pitch. Ideal spaces for conferences, tradeshows, special dinners and events.

A unique and contemporary space with unsurpassed views of the pitch, as well as Wellington City, the Members Clubroom is a long and curved lounge especially suitable for trade exhibitions, product launches, cocktails or as a break out space. The generous length of the room creates a natural flow for guests to walk through an exhibition.

The Wellington Rugby Lounge is a special lounge positioned on Level 3 right on the half way line with one of the best views of the Stadium. This medium-sized room is full of rugby memorabilia and has access to outside seating. The perfect venue for hosting a sporting themed event or team building activity.

Located at the far end of the Stadium, the Box Holders Club Lounge is a self-contained space that's perfect for groups wishing for a breakout area in the neighbouring corporate boxes.
