We want all visitors to feel comfortable during their time with us.

Unisex baby change rooms are located beside Aisles 3, 12, 21, and 30.

Prams, strollers, pushchairs aren't allowed, but there is limited storage facilities for these items at the entrance (however the stadium takes no responsibility for loss or theft).

The stadium is a smoke and vape free environment. If you need to smoke or vape, please use one of the designated outdoor areas:

• Along the inner plaza fence lines (between the turnstiles and the main concourse doors)
• The northern spiral ramp between Aisles 34–35 (available at selected events only)

If you need medical help at any time we have a dedicated team onsite so just:

• Approach any staff member,
• Visit the First Aid booth at Aisle 19, or
• Text 5454 with your location for discreet assistance.

Your wellbeing is our priority. If an emergency occurs, please follow instructions from our trained wardens and security staff. Messages will be shared over the public address system, on big screens, and on TV screens throughout the venue.

When you arrive, take a moment to note your nearest emergency exits. Our skilled Rapid Response teams are on site and prepared to assess incidents quickly and manage evacuations if required.
