After a year away, we’re excited to welcome the Wellington Lions back to Hnry Stadium. Be part of the action as they open their season against Hawke’s Bay in what promises to be a thrilling match and the perfect way to kick off the rugby season in Wellington.

Mobility parking is sold out for this event
A mobility shuttle/van transit service will be available for patrons with mobility needs to use from platform 10 at the Wellington Train Station to the Hnry Stadium entry gates. The van will operate from 5:00pm – 7:30pm pre match and from 9:00pm – 10:00pm post-match. This is a free service. A waiting area with seating will be setup in front of the internal Yellow Booth for those waiting for the next shuttle.
